These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bet365 Arena mobile application (the "App") and the website bet365-group-limited.xyz (the "Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Bet365 Arena is a football club management simulation for entertainment. The App allows you to:

• Manage a virtual football club, squad, and tactics.
• Watch simulated 90-minute matches with in-game events and commentary.
• Participate in leagues, cups, training, transfers, mini-games (including Lucky Pick and Higher/Lower), and a VIP status programme.

Game progress is stored locally on your device. The App may use internet access only to load visual assets (e.g. player images and club badges), as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Bet365 Arena is not a gambling or betting product.

• Virtual economy only: Coins, cards, VIP tiers, match outcomes, and rewards exist only inside the App. They have no real-world cash value.
• No payouts: You cannot win real money, prizes, or goods of monetary value through gameplay.
• No wagering: The App does not accept stakes on real-world sporting events and is not affiliated with any licensed bookmaker or betting exchange.
• No purchase required: Where virtual items can be obtained in-game, they remain fictional and non-transferable outside the App unless explicitly stated otherwise in the App itself and permitted by law.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who may access a device on which the App is installed.

5. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for private, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App except where permitted by law.
• Use cheats, bots, or exploits to manipulate match results, currency, or leaderboards.
• Sell, trade, or advertise virtual currency or accounts for real money.
• Use the App to promote illegal gambling or unlicensed betting services.
• Interfere with servers used to deliver image assets or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

6. Virtual Items and VIP Programme

Virtual coins, player cards, boosts, VIP levels (Bronze through Platinum), and similar features are licensed, not sold. We may adjust balances, odds, rewards, or game balance at any time to maintain fairness or improve the experience. We are not liable for loss of virtual progress due to device failure, uninstallation, or clearing app data — back up your device according to manufacturer guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, text, logos, and other content in the App and Site are owned by BET365 GROUP LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited. Third-party names, likenesses, or marks may appear for descriptive purposes; such references do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free simulations, or that saved data will always be recoverable. Simulated match results and statistics are fictional and for entertainment only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BET365 GROUP LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100), whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
